## Data quality

- Local reporting identifies ongoing noise complaints from residents near the Wellington Road Amazon data center cluster and county-level work on a data-center noise ordinance; there is no evidence in the reviewed documents of community benefits or negotiated mitigation packages tied specifically to the exact asset (7060 Wellington Road / Amazon IAD73).
- Several local news articles and community statements identify Great Oak and Oak Valley homeowner associations and county advisory groups as active participants in noise and land-use debates; those sources offer contemporaneous reporting and direct quotes (local newspapers and local broadcast).
- Some items (listings in data‑center directories) identify the facility by address and name (IAD73 / 7060 Wellington Road) but are industry directory aggregators rather than primary permitting or corporate press pages; they corroborate identity but are lower-weight for claims about community engagement or benefits.
- Power values retain their reported, requested, contracted, energized, gross-campus, or critical-IT basis.
