## Data quality

- The EIA listing reports 1,850.4 MW, while Constellation’s current fact sheet reports 1,790 MW of total site net generation; these are different capacity measures and should not be treated as interchangeable. The approximately $4.7 billion 2009 EDF transaction was consideration for a 49.99% membership interest in Constellation Energy Nuclear Group, a multi-plant portfolio holding, not a Calvert Cliffs-only purchase price. The November 2010 $140 million cash and $75.2 million Constellation share consideration related to EDF’s acquisition of full ownership of UniStar Nuclear Energy and the proposed new-unit development business, not a sale of Calvert Cliffs Units 1 and 2. No retirement date or completed repowering of Units 1 or 2 is identified.
