## Reviewed overview

Centennial Flats is a solar and battery storage project in La Paz County, Arizona, about 75 miles west of Phoenix, with 500 MW of solar and 1,069 MWh of storage. Copia Power, a Carlyle portfolio company, bought it from Eolus in 2022 and will own and operate it. It is being built in three phases through 2026 and connects by a 500 kV line to the Cielo Azul substation. Financing includes a $1.24 billion debt facility and a $595 million J.P. Morgan tax equity commitment.
