Chehalis Generating Facility is a natural gas-fired combined-cycle plant on a 30-acre site south of Chehalis in Lewis County, Washington. Its site certificate was approved in 1997 for 460 MW and amended in 2001 to allow 520 MW. Construction began in May 2001 and commercial operation started in June 2003. PacifiCorp completed its purchase of the plant on September 15, 2008, and holds the site certificate.
