Chickasaw Wind Energy Center is a roughly 200 MW wind farm of 66 turbines, two turbine types, in northern Chickasaw County, Iowa, north of New Hampton. Invenergy developed it and began construction in spring 2023; MidAmerican Energy Company acquired it on 8 June 2023. The last turbine went up in November 2023, and the farm reached operations in December 2023, with all turbines operational by the end of that month.
