PJM data center · https://askthegrid.com/assets/facilities/cologix-ash1

Cologix ASH1 is an operating three-story Scalelogix data-center facility at 21745 Beaumeade Circle in Ashburn. Cologix identifies ASH1 as a 455,000-square-foot site built for large-scale enterprise deployments with air-cooled infrastructure. The profile keeps those facility-design and operating claims separate from any estimate of electrical demand or available service. It maps this exact facility, rather than the surrounding Ashburn campus cluster, to the PJM-serving utility territory.
