Cross Winds Energy Park is a Consumers Energy wind project in Tuscola County, Michigan, built in phases. Phase I, 62 turbines and 105 MW, began operating in 2014, and Phase II added 19 turbines and 44 MW in January 2018. Phases I and II total 81 turbines and up to 155 MW on a $345 million investment, with Phase III approved for commercial operation in 2020.
