Crowned Ridge II is a 200 MW wind farm in Deuel, Grant and Codington counties, South Dakota, with 88 turbines: nine GE 2.1 MW and seventy-nine GE 2.3 MW. It began operating in December 2020. The South Dakota Public Utilities Commission lists Northern States Power Company, doing business as Xcel Energy, as owner and operator. The first 200 MW phase was sold to Xcel upon commercial operation under a purchase and sale agreement.
