- Financing summary: First-phase project financing reached financial close in July 2021. Terra-Gen announced on August 2, 2021 that the initial phase had $804 million of senior secured credit facilities: a $400 million construction and term loan, a $328 million tax-equity bridge facility, and a $76 million construction and revolving letter-of-credit facility. J.P. Morgan provided the tax-equity commitment, while Deutsche Bank led the construction and term financing; Deutsche Bank acted as sole bookrunner and joint lead arranger with BNP Paribas and ING Capital, with Mizuho Bank, CoBank, Kookmin Bank, Rabobank, and KeyBank also named as lead arrangers. This $804 million was project financing, not sale consideration. In a separate October 2022 transaction, an Axium affiliate acquired 80% of E1A from Terra-Gen; the cited announcement disclosed no purchase price. — OCTOBER 26, 2022 - AXIUM INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTS IN PHASE 1 OF EDWARDS SANBORN SOLAR STORAGE FACILITY – Axium Infrastructure · confidence: medium
