Reaching commercial operation on December 11, 2020, it features more than 353,000 PV panels and was the largest project BayWa r.e. had built in the U.S. Its output is contracted through virtual power purchase agreements with Starbucks and a group of corporate buyers, financed with tax equity from RBC Capital Markets and debt from Rabobank and Banco Sabadell.
