- The EIA record reports 2,052 MW of nameplate capacity, while FirstEnergy's official fact sheet reports 1,984 MW of net output; these are different capacity measures. The October 2013 transaction value was an intra-FirstEnergy asset purchase and swap. The cited records identify transaction consideration and regulatory accounting amounts, but no separate project-finance debt facility or construction-financing instrument.
