BP Wind Energy and Sempra U.S. Gas & Power launched construction in 2012, with output sold under long-term contracts to Associated Electric Cooperative and Southwestern Electric Power Company. LS Power completed its purchase of BP Wind Energy North America on December 9, 2025, folding the 100%-owned project into Clearlight Energy.
