The Google Cedar Rapids Data Center is a campus under construction in the Big Cedar Industrial Center, along Edgewood Road SW and 76th Avenue SW in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Heaviside LLC, an affiliate of Google LLC, owns the site and developed it under a City development agreement. Google officials said at the groundbreaking that at least four large buildings are planned. Interstate Power and Light serves the campus under an individually negotiated Individual Customer Rate contract, and the power arrives over 345 kV lines to a customer-owned substation. A MISO compilation of announced loads lists 600 MW for the campus, a load figure rather than a service allocation.
