Project Loch is a planned Google data center campus at Watkins Centre in Chesterfield County, Virginia, with three data center buildings and three substations. Chesterfield approved the rezoning for data center use in 2025, and the project still needs several state and federal environmental permits. Google says it is working with Dominion Energy to secure high-voltage power through its interconnection queue. No source states a megawatt figure for the campus.
