Grande Prairie is a 400 MW wind farm on about 45,000 acres near O'Neill in Holt County, Nebraska, with 200 turbines of 2 MW each. BHE Renewables, a Berkshire Hathaway Energy subsidiary, owns and operates it and has run it since 2016. It was the largest wind project in Nebraska when announced. Omaha Public Power District buys the output, and the project sells into the Southwest Power Pool.
