Grays Harbor Energy Facility is a 714.9 MW natural gas fired combined cycle plant in Grays Harbor County. Grays Harbor Energy Center is a 620 MW natural gas combined-cycle plant in Grays Harbor County, Washington, on 22 acres near Satsop. It uses two GE Frame 7FA combustion turbines and one GE steam turbine with duct firing. Invenergy bought the half-built project from Duke Energy North America in 2005, restarted construction in January 2007 with JH Kelly as general contractor, and began commercial operation in 2008. The plant was refinanced in 2014.
