Battery power (MW) and stored energy (MWh) are separate measures. Shared physical-site membership does not establish electrical connectivity, settlement or a common export limit.

## Reviewed overview

Great Cove Solar in Fulton County, Pennsylvania is one of the two solar sites of the Great Cove project, owned and operated by AES, the largest operating solar project in the state. The Fulton array covers 755 acres in Ayr Township. The project was announced in 2020, broke ground in 2022 and was in operation as of December 2023. The University of Pennsylvania buys all electricity generated under a power purchase agreement, and West Penn Power expanded substations to connect it.
