Hugo Plant is a coal-fired power station near Fort Towson in Choctaw County, Oklahoma, owned by Western Farmers Electric Cooperative and online since 1982. The cooperative received two extra years in 2025 to meet new EPA requirements. In January 2026 it announced nine Siemens Energy gas turbines, supplied by a new Oklahoma Natural Gas pipeline, that will add 400 MW beside the coal unit.
