## Data quality

- Capacity figures vary by reporting basis: EIA generator records total 777.6 MW, while owner and transaction materials variously round Ironwood to approximately 760, 768.2, 778, or 705 MW net. The original SEC project filing describes a 705-MW net facility, whereas later generator records report 259.2 MW for each of CT1, CT2, and ST4; these are different capacity definitions and reporting vintages. EIA generator records show CT1, CT2, and ST4 operating with no completed uprate or derate. No separately documented expansion, retirement, or repowering milestone was identified in the cited plant history. Portfolio transaction values for TransCanada-to-Helix/LS Power and LS Power-to-NRG are portfolio-level figures.
