Lamar Stall Unit at Arsenal Hill is a 508-megawatt combined-cycle natural gas unit in Shreveport, Louisiana, owned and operated by SWEPCO, an American Electric Power operating unit. Announced in 2006 and built from 2008 by the JLSP joint venture, it was declared in commercial operation on June 16, 2010 as SWEPCO's first combined-cycle gas unit. It serves customers in Louisiana, Arkansas and Texas using existing gas pipelines and transmission.
