Battery power (MW) and stored energy (MWh) are separate measures. Shared physical-site membership does not establish electrical connectivity, settlement or a common export limit.

## Reviewed overview

The Jonesboro City Water & Light plant is a natural gas-fired simple-cycle peaking station in Jonesboro, Arkansas, run as the utility's Northwest Peaking Station. A 50 MW GE LM6000 SPRINT unit built by Spectrum Energy went commercial in May 2007, raising the station to 135 MW. By 2010 it ran five gas-fired jet-engine turbines about 400 hours a year to cover Jonesboro load or sell when the market was right.
