The Kiamichi Energy Facility is a 1,220 MW natural gas-fired combined-cycle power plant in Pittsburg County near Kiowa, Oklahoma. The facility is configured with four General Electric combustion-turbine generators (183.9 MW each) and two General Electric steam-turbine generators (317.2 MW each), supported by four heat-recovery steam generators and two cooling towers. The plant commenced commercial operation in April 2003.
