- Financing summary: PSEG Power announced the two-unit, 1,186 MW combined-cycle project in July 2000 at an estimated cost of $590 million. In August 2021, PSEG agreed to sell its 6,750 MW fossil portfolio to ArcLight affiliates for approximately $1.92 billion, subject to adjustments. On 2022-02-18, Parkway Generation closed its acquisition of a 4.8 GW portfolio from PSEG for $1.37 billion; the acquisition was financed with $1.14 billion of senior secured institutional term-loan facilities. S&P described the proposed structure as a $1.0 billion term loan B, $140 million term loan C, and $100 million revolving credit facility, with Morgan Stanley, Jefferies, BNP Paribas, and Goldman Sachs as lead arrangers and Morgan Stanley as administrative agent. These are portfolio-level figures rather than a disclosed Linden-specific sale price. — ArcLight Reaches Agreement with PSEG to Acquire Generation Units · confidence: medium
