It uses 29 GE 2.8-127 and 3 GE 2.3-116 wind turbine generators, with a 2.5 mile 138 kV generation tie line and a 138 kV substation. Boldt served as general contractor, and Leeward announced a virtual power purchase agreement with Target Corporation in 2019 to enable construction.
