Microsoft owns land on Refugee Road in the Pataskala Corporate Park in Licking County, Ohio, and local reporting describes a proposed data center on that site. No building count, power demand or utility service has been published for it. Microsoft acquired the land in several purchases beginning in 2023, and its other Licking County campuses are separate projects. The load this site would put on the grid is not yet known.
