Milford Power is a natural gas-fired plant in Milford, Massachusetts, selling power and capacity into ISO New England and part of Starwood Energy's Compass Portfolio at about 160 MW. Dynegy sold it with the Dighton plant to Starwood Energy Group Global for $119 million in 2017, with FERC approval on Sept. 19. In 2018 JERA agreed to buy a 50% interest in the portfolio.
