Moselle Generating Station in Jones County, Mississippi, is a five-unit gas-fired plant owned by Cooperative Energy. Its first two steam units were repowered as combined cycle around GE 7EA combustion turbines and heat recovery steam generators supplied by Vogt, a project engineered with Burns & McDonnell that went into commercial operation in 2012 and added about 150 MW and a 35 percent efficiency gain.
