## Data quality

- The InterGen acquisition is dated April 2003 by the CEC project record and March 2003 by PowerMag; April 2003 is retained as the regulatory project-record date. The approximately $600 million figure is the estimated project cost excluding financing, not disclosed sale consideration. SCE stated that capital costs would be financed with debt and equity at the utility level. The CEC lists the facility as operational. Later documented changes include combustion-turbine carbon-monoxide catalyst replacement and electric-vehicle charging stations; no separate capacity expansion, repowering, or retirement milestone is identified in the available project history.
