Battery power (MW) and stored energy (MWh) are separate measures. Shared physical-site membership does not establish electrical connectivity, settlement or a common export limit.

## Reviewed overview

Nobles Wind Project is a 201 MW onshore wind turbine plant in Nobles County. Nobles Wind Farm is a 201 MW wind project in Nobles County, southwestern Minnesota, built by Xcel Energy with 134 turbines. Xcel announced in December 2010 that it was operating and supplying the regional grid, as the utility's second Minnesota wind farm. In 2022 Nobles County approved a repower of the 134 turbines with larger 91 meter rotors and new drive assemblies, expected to lift output about 10 percent.
