North Allegheny Windpower Project is a 75 MW onshore wind turbine plant in Blair County. North Allegheny Wind is a 70 MW wind project in Blair and Cambria counties, Pennsylvania. It reached commercial operations in April 2024 after a repowering with Vestas turbines and sells power under a long-term agreement with a corporate offtaker. Deriva Energy, formerly Duke Energy Renewables, is the majority owner, and PGIM provided $49 million of senior secured notes to the project company in February 2025.
