## Reviewed overview

Ramona Solar Energy, also called the Creelman Project, is a solar photovoltaic plant owned and operated by SDG&E in San Diego County. EIA’s August 2026 inventory lists 4.3 MW nameplate capacity and April 2017 as its operating month. SDG&E’s solar-program compliance report separately gives design ratings of 4.32 MW CEC-ac and 4.95 MWdc and deems commercial operation effective April 1, 2017. The project supplies SDG&E’s distribution grid near Creelman Lane and Ashley Road; it is utility-owned generation rather than a third-party power purchase.
