Shenandoah Hills Wind Farm is a 214.3 MW onshore wind turbine plant in Page County. Shenandoah Hills is a wind farm of 54 turbines straddling the Page and Fremont county line in southwest Iowa. Invenergy developed the project, and in early 2025 its ownership passed to MidAmerican Energy, which built it and reports it came online in late 2025. Construction updates through October 2025 tracked turbine erection on both sides of the county line.
