Battery power (MW) and stored energy (MWh) are separate measures. Shared physical-site membership does not establish electrical connectivity, settlement or a common export limit.

## Reviewed overview

Spring Grove I is a 98 MWac solar project in Surry County, Virginia. Developer Urban Grid sold it to Dominion Energy in August 2018 together with the 142 MWac Colonial Trail West project, a 240 MWac pair on roughly 2,950 acres. Dominion bought the projects as part of its plan to expand its renewable fleet, enabled by Virginia's Grid Transformation and Security Act of 2018.
