Fitzhugh Generating Station is a natural gas plant near Ozark, Arkansas, owned by Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation and its first generating plant. Unit 1 came online in 1963 and the plant was repowered in 2003, with Unit 2 in service since then; fuel oil serves as backup. AECC lists 170.6 MW for the existing units.
