White Rock East is one of two wind facilities, with White Rock West, that TransAlta Corporation built, owns and operates in Caddo County, Oklahoma. The combined 300 MW project uses 51 Vestas turbines and M.A. Mortenson Company was its engineering, procurement and construction contractor. The two facilities reached commercial operation in April 2024 and are fully contracted to Amazon Energy LLC.
