## Data quality

- The project's regulatory capacity is reported as 107.5 MW in New York Public Service Commission filings. Northland Power's operating-asset page reports 108 MW. These are normal differences in how capacity is reported by different entities and contexts (nameplate, gross, interconnection limit, and CRIS). The July 2021 financing petition sought authority for up to $381,177,543.80 of indebtedness payable over more than 12 months and authority to guarantee or pledge up to $400 million in debt. These amounts covered both the Bluestone (112 MW) and Ball Hill (108 MW) projects jointly. The announced figure was not allocated between the two projects, so a Ball Hill-only amount cannot be stated. The ownership transfer in 2020 was from RES America Developments Inc. to Northland at the upstream-ownership level (membership interests in Ball Hill Wind Energy, LLC). No separate Ball Hill-only sale consideration, purchase price, or transaction value was disclosed in the reviewed regulatory filings.
