Aviator Wind is a 525 MW wind project in Coke County, Texas. EIA's May 2026 inventory reports one operating 525 MW generator record with June 2021 as its service month. NorthStar Clean Energy is the majority owner and operator, Kansai Electric Power is the minority partner, and the project uses 191 GE wind turbines. CMS Energy announced its 51% acquisition in July 2020; NorthStar says its team completed construction and commissioned the project.
