Terms of Service

Ask the Grid is a map-first explorer of public power-grid data with an AI agent that answers questions about it. It is provided for general information only.

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and don’t share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate information.

You may authorize compatible AI clients to use Ask the Grid through MCP. Review the requested OAuth access before approving it and revoke connections you no longer use. You are responsible for actions an authorized client takes under your account, including creating or managing alerts and requesting reviewed asset hydration.

Tool output is informational and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. An AI client may also interpret it incorrectly. Confirm alert thresholds, market targets, and other consequential account actions before relying on them.

You agree not to:

• use the service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights;
• scrape, bulk-download, or programmatically extract data except through an interface we provide for that purpose;
• disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service;
• reverse engineer the service, or resell or redistribute it without our permission.

The agent’s answers and the grid data may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. They are not professional, financial, legal, engineering, or operational advice. Do not rely on them for real-world grid, market, trading, or operational decisions without independent verification.

We and our licensors own the service and its content, except the public data it draws on and the inputs you provide. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the service. You keep your inputs and grant us a license to use them to operate and improve the service.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parisi Labs, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the service.

Subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement signed by us, we may at any time add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the service, or any user’s access to it, in our discretion. This includes features, functionality, data sources, models, integrations, APIs, endpoints, methods, schemas, versions, keys, scopes, rate limits, quotas, access tiers, eligibility rules, and support offerings.

We may make changes without advance notice when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, comply with law, address security or abuse, or respond to changes in a third-party service or data source. Other changes may take effect at any time. If a change materially reduces a paid service during a then-current prepaid term, we will provide reasonable advance notice and allow you to terminate the affected service for a prorated refund, unless a separate signed agreement provides a different remedy. You are responsible for updating your use and integrations to remain compatible with the service.

No uptime, availability, response-time, support, maintenance, or API deprecation commitment applies unless it is stated in a separate written agreement signed by us. Website copy, documentation, roadmaps, and generally published targets do not create a service level agreement. We may change those targets prospectively at any time.

A separate signed agreement, including an order form, service level agreement, or data processing addendum, controls to the extent it conflicts with these terms. A change to these terms does not retroactively eliminate a service credit that has already accrued or alter a committed service level during its then-current term unless that agreement expressly permits the change.

We may update these terms prospectively. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the service, by email, or by another method reasonably designed to reach you. The notice will state when the revised terms take effect and, for a paid recurring subscription, how to cancel. By continuing to use the service after that date, you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service and cancel any affected subscription before the revised terms take effect.

Subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement signed by us, we may suspend or terminate all or any part of your access at any time. We may act immediately if we reasonably believe there is a violation of these terms, nonpayment, a security risk, abuse, a legal requirement, or a risk to the service or others. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice. If we terminate a paid service for convenience during a then-current prepaid term, we will provide a prorated refund unless a separate signed agreement provides a different remedy. You may stop using the service at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
