EIA's May 2026 inventory reports four operating combustion turbines totaling 357.6 MW nameplate and 274 MW net summer capability, plus a battery record at 269.1 MW nameplate, 260 MW net summer capability, and 263 MWh. Vistra and Mortenson describe the public battery project scope as 260 MW / 260 MWh. Mortenson was EPC contractor, Sungrow supplied enclosures and inverters, and the battery was completed in April 2022.
