Wolf Hollow II
Constellation · Hood County · ERCOT
Wolf Hollow II is a three-generator natural-gas combined-cycle facility in Hood County, registered as EIA Plant ID 59812. EIA's May 2026 inventory lists 1,231.2 MW of nameplate capacity, 1,103.4 MW of net summer capability, and 1,181.0 MW of net winter capability across combustion turbines CGT4 and CGT5 and steam turbine STG6. Constellation owns and operates the plant, which entered commercial service in June 2017. GE supplied two 7HA.02 gas turbines and the first side-exhaust D602 steam turbine used in this configuration; the plant can ramp at 50 MW per minute and uses air cooling.
