Valcour Clinton Windpark, LLC - Clinton County - NYISO

Clinton Wind is an operational 100.5 MW onshore wind facility in the Town of Clinton, Clinton County, New York, comprising 67 GE 1.5sle turbines with an 80-meter hub height and 77-meter rotor diameter. The facility has operated since April 2008 and is interconnected with New York Power Authority transmission facilities under NYISO operational control, with output sold into NYISO markets. AES Clean Energy, the current owner, is pursuing a full repowering of the existing facility to approximately 110.5 MW using up to 29 new turbines while reusing the existing collection substation, point-of-interconnection switchyard, and operations and maintenance building.
