Digital Realty Trust owns and operates the Digital Dallas Campus, a 69-acre, eight-building colocation campus in Richardson, Texas with approximately 1 million square feet. The campus evolved from Digital Realty's 2009 acquisition of a 60% interest in the former Collins Technology Park (787,000 sq ft), plus a 2016 addition at 907 Security Row (139,000 sq ft) and an eighth building at 1210 Integrity Drive reported under construction through 2017. The on-site privately owned substation supports 44 MW reported capacity with a 100 MW expansion target.
