Digital Realty operates AUS11, an 85,500-sq-ft colocation building at 7500 Metro Center Drive in Austin, commissioned and currently operating. The facility receives 16 MW of utility power via dual 8 MW underground feeds. Backup generation consists of one 2 MW generator per tenant and one shared N+1 redundant 2 MW generator.
