Serverfarm owns and operates the HOU2/CTX1 campus at 15555 Cutten Road in Houston, an existing two-building hyperscale facility totaling 478,257 square feet currently serving 100 MW target critical IT load. The campus is expanding with Project Longhorn (interior remodel, $3 million) and CTX2 (new 438,000-square-foot building with 60 MW capacity, under construction through July 2026).
