Flexential operates the Dallas–Plano Data Center, a 261,425-square-foot colocation and AI/HPC facility at 3500 East Plano Parkway in Plano, Texas, on 13 acres. The facility opened January 2017 with 60,000 square feet of raised floor, expanded by 130,000 square feet post-acquisition, and currently supports 18 MW of critical IT load with 29 MW backup generation; CoreWeave is contracted for 13 MW within the facility as of March 2025.
