IONIC Digital operates the Cedarvale facility at 3013 FM 516 North in Barstow on a 43.41-acre site, a four-building hyperscale complex with 234 MW total capacity designed for advanced compute and AI workloads. Building 1 (50 MW) energized August 2024 and Building 2 (50 MW) energized October 2024; Buildings 3–4 were under construction. Nscale leased the full 234 MW capacity in October 2025 for planned 2026 deployment.
