NTT DATA operates the NTT Garland Campus, a 42-acre colocation site at 2008 Lookout Drive in Garland served by Oncor/Garland Power. The operational NTT Dallas TX1 building has 230,000 square feet and 16 MW critical IT load; the permitted NTT TX4 expansion (235,910 square feet) is scheduled for construction September 2024 to April 2026.
