QTS operates Fort Worth 1, a 52-acre data center campus in Fort Worth, Texas, currently expanding with 70 MW+ of critical IT load and planned 200 MW gross capacity. The 260,000-square-foot existing facility was acquired in 2017; a 2022-permitted expansion adds 168,770 square feet, and a 2026-filed project plans an additional 147,946-square-foot building with estimated $300 million cost. The campus serves colocation, cloud, and enterprise workloads including financial services and healthcare.
