Stream Chicago II

Stream Chicago II, also called ORDB, is the 226,000-square-foot data center at 1925 Busse Road in Elk Grove Village. Stream reports 32 MW of critical capacity at full build, a design figure rather than measured electricity demand. Development began in 2020 and phase-one commissioning started in the third quarter of 2022. The operator says the facility was fully leased in 2023 to unnamed cloud and hyperscale customers. Network distribution is redundant, and renewable power is offered as an option. This building is separate from Stream's Chicago I facility and developing Chicago III campus.
