Vantage Data Centers owns and will operate TX22, a proposed two-story, 214,526-square-foot hyperscale facility on 31 acres at 5207 Rogers Road, San Antonio, served by CPS Energy. TDLR registration is complete; construction is scheduled October 22, 2025 through June 15, 2027. The facility is designed to support cloud, AI/HPC, colocation, and enterprise workloads; no power capacity or commercial-operation date is established.
